The 9th ICN Annual Conference will be held from 27 to 29 of April 2010 as announced earlier. Today, the ICN Steering Group held a meeting and discussed the impact of current volcanic ash problem on international flights and decided that THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD on the agreed dates.

 
ICNBlog welcomes one of the newest jurisdictions to enact a competition
law – Seychelles. On April 5, the Fair Competition Act came into effect
in Seychelles, to be enforced by the Fair Trading Commission. For more
