New ECN Brief & Special Issue

  The fifth issue of the ECN Brief was published on December 16, and is available here. In addition, a Special Issue of the ECN Brief entitled “A Look Inside the ECN: Its Members and Its Work” also is now available.

  Well-functioning markets are a precondition for effective environmental policy. This is a conclusion of a new report from the Nordic competition authorities, found here. <HR>
