Day 3 – Merger & Anti-Cartel templates

The Merger and Cartel Working Groups have developed ‘templates’ to promote access to information about members’ enforcement regimes. The merger templates highlight important features of merger review systems, such as notification thresholds and review periods. The cartel templates cover a range of topics, including the process for filing a complaint, decision-making, sanctioning cartel conduct, investigative tools, leniency, rights of defendants and confidentiality.
