After public consultations, the Chilean FNE has published the final version of its document “Trade Associations and Antitrust” (in Spanish). The document seeks to inform the business community and trade associations of the risks of certain joint or coordinated actions under the existing competition law. The paper covers topics such as the scope of cooperation between partners, the mechanisms of exchange of information between competitors, and nature of information exchanged.
