As part of its Action Plan on Transparency, the Competition Bureau of Canada recently published a draft bulletin on Communication during Inquiries. The draft Bulletin, now in a consultation period, summarizes how and when the Bureau generally communicates during an inquiry with parties under inquiry, other stakeholders and the public, in an effort to promote transparency regarding the Bureau’s work.
