Unilateral Conduct in the Pharmaceutical Industry

The Unilateral Conduct Working Group will present a teleseminar on unilateral conduct in the pharmaceutical industry. Speakers from the European Commission, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States will discuss whether certain practices are or are not anticompetitive and discuss enforcement actions brought in their jurisdictions.
