The Comision Nacional de la Competencia (CNC) has recently released their third report monitoring the automotive fuel distribution market in Spain.  The CNC report concludes that the automotive fuel distribution market has an insufficient level of effective competition and urges the implementation of the recommendations issued by the CNC in its report of March 2009.
