The Unilateral Conduct co-chairs invite members and NGAs to reflect on the ideas of convergence and enhanced participation in the UCWG highlighted in two articles on the UCWG, published in the Competition Policy International ICN column. The first article, Climbing Mount Everest with the ICN Unilateral Conduct Working Group, describes the steps that the UCWG has taken, and the directions in which the group may go in pursuit of greater convergence. The second article, Engaging economists in the ICN: Uniting under a common language, provides an economist’s viewpoint on how economists can contribute to, and benefit from, enhanced participation in the ICN in general, and in the UCWG in particular.
