The Competition Commission of South Africa and the Competition Tribunal of South Africa are hosting their Eighth Annual Competition Law, Economics & Policy Conference and 15 Year Celebration from 4 – 5 September 2014. This year’s conference includes an assessment of the performance of the South African competition authorities over the past 15 years and the impact achieved in terms of the overall goals of the Competition Act of 1998.
